Presentation Guidelines
The following guidelines are provided for authors and presenters of IEEE CAFE 2026.
All presenters are kindly requested to review the instructions below and prepare their presentations accordingly.
Detailed session schedules and final presentation times will be announced through the official program.

General Information

All accepted papers must be presented by one of the authors during the assigned session at IEEE CAFE 2026.

Presenters are requested to arrive at their assigned session before the session begins and follow instructions from the session chair or conference staff.

Failure to present an accepted paper may affect its inclusion in the conference proceedings.
Oral Presentation Guidelines
For each oral presentation is allocated a total of 12 minutes.

Presentation: 10 minutes

Q&A: 2 minutes

Presenters should prepare their slides in English and ensure that the presentation file is ready before the session begins.
Please arrive at the session room at least 10 minutes before the start of your session and introduce yourself to the session chair.

Poster Presentation Guidelines
​
Poster presenters must attend the conference in person and be present at their poster during the assigned poster session. Poster sessions are intended to encourage discussion and Q&A between presenters and participants.

To use the printing service, please contact infocafe2026@unica.it by Friday 19 September. The cost of printing service is 30 euros, to be paid in cash at the registration desk when you collect your poster on site.
