All persons attending the Conference must complete an online registration form. Please review the information below before you complete the online registration form

General Information

  • Authors must register by August 31st in order to be included in the proceedings.

  • CAFE will be held on September 23th and 25th.

  • September 24th will host IAFE: IEEE CAS Industry Forum IAFE (Industry for AgriFood Electronics). Participation to IAFE is free but you will be asked you to confirm your presence during the registration process to CAFE.

  • If you wish to participate in IAFE day only: please send an email to infocafe2026@unica.it to confirm your participation (Name + Last Name + Affiliation).

  • CAFE fee includes 22% VAT and covers access to technical sessions, coffee breaks, buffet lunches, welcome cocktail and social dinner.

  • Any accompanying persons can participate in the social dinner at a cost of € 100.

  • A Full Registration (not student) of one of the authors of each accepted paper is mandatory for the paper to be included into the proceedings.  Accepted papers without a full registration of one of the authors will be excluded from the conference program

  • Registration is due for all participants (both presenters and attendees only). Payment is possible by credit card or bank transfer

  • Students must upload a valid proof of their student status

Invoice

  • Registration is confirmed only upon payment receipt. The invoice will be sent after payment by e-mail and prior to the conference (please fill in the invoicing details during the registration procedure)

  • The invoice is issued by Pragma Congressi srl. Vat number IT02031910181

IMPORTANT (for Italian participants)

  • Information for those requiring an invoice made to an Italian Public Body (ENTE PUBBLICO): Pragma Congressi is an ITALIAN company that issues invoices with 22% VAT. Receipts cannot be issued.

  • If the participant requires the invoice being made to an Italian public body (ENTE PUBBLICO), we ask the participant to first verify and agree the procedure with their administration and contact marta.daffara@pragmacongressi.it

  • Specific payment instructions will then be communicated.

  • Thank you for your cooperation.

VISA

General Information

  • To determine if you need a visa to enter Italy, please visit the following page of the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs: 

  • Please, note that requirements may often change.

Invitation Letter

  • It is the conference policy to only issue a Visa Letter of Invitation to Speakers, Authors, Committee Members, and Attendees who have completed their registration and paid the conference fee.

  • We can only issue the Visa Letter of Invitation for the conference. No other kind of documentation will be provided for use of visa applications.

  • Please allow 5-7 business days for processing.

  • We suggest that you leave ample time to apply and obtain your VISA.

  • All questions/concerns regarding the status of your visa should be directed to the embassy/consulate of the country where the conference will be held, in your home country.

  • In order to request an Invitation Letter, fill in the details requested during registration.

Cancellation Policy

  • A 50,00€ processing fee will be forfeited for any registration that is cancelled on or before September 1st, 2026.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations after September 1st, 2026.

  • Substitutions are accepted, please contact marta.daffara@pragmacongressi.it for the name change. In all other cases, the financial responsibilities of the participants remain fully effective.

  • The participation fees are owed upon registration

  • Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received.

  • The cancellation deadline includes cancellation for visa issues.

  • Please note that if your registration covers a paper, the fee cannot be reimbursed
